Recognize the BENEFICIARIES the right to freely use the booked activity.
Ensure that the booked activity is always superior to or combinable with any other promotions made directly to other users, in order to guarantee a real advantage.
Resolve in the shortest possible time, no later than 2 days, any problem of failure and unjustified acceptance of a reservation by a BENEFICIARY or any disservices.
Treat BENEFICIARIES with courtesy and professionalism, allowing them to have a positive experience of sport and well-being without penalizing other users.
Ensure that you are in possession of all authorisations, civil liability insurance and titles necessary for the exercise of the activity.
Collaborate with loyalty, ethics and confidentiality.
